General Construction

When in the role of General Contractor (GC), VMJR provides an owner with a lump sum price and construction leadership to produce a quality project on time and within budget.

Design Build

Experienced in providing valuable input into construction costs, value engineering, marketplace conditions and project scheduling, VMJR becomes a partner with both the owner and the architect.

Pre-Construction

As Program Manager, we will assist in programming facility needs and project planning through the selection of the architect/general contractor.
