PROJECT OVERVIEW: The VMJR Companies completed a comprehensive renovation of three kitchens, serving and seating areas within the SUNY Albany campus. This dining facilities upgrade transformed existing spaces into dedicated restaurant venues serving the on-campus student population.

RENOVATION SCOPE: The project encompassed complete renovation of food preparation areas, serving stations, and dining seating sections. These renovations required coordinating kitchen equipment installation, interior finishes, and mechanical systems to support modern foodservice operations.

DINING VENUES: The renovated spaces were transformed into three distinct campus dining options: Tully's, Cusato's Pizzeria, and Food-On-Demand. Additionally, VMJR Companies created a complementary coffee nook within the facility, expanding beverage service options for students and faculty.

PROJECT EXECUTION: This campus improvement project enhanced dining services while maintaining university operations. The completed renovations provide students with expanded food service choices in contemporary dining environments designed to meet current expectations for campus amenities.
