SUSTAINABLE CORPORATE TRANSFORMATION: This two-story renovation transformed GE Power Systems' main reception and office building into a LEED Silver-certified facility. The project replaced all building systems and interiors, creating a modern corporate environment aligned with GE's priorities.
SYSTEMS RENEWAL: The project included full replacement of building systems and interior spaces. The facility now houses a visitor center with offices, training facilities, conference rooms, and a lobby with premium materials.
CAMPUS EXPERIENCE: Site improvements enhanced function and appearance through new guard booths, expanded parking areas, sidewalks, granite curbing, and landscaping to improve campus access and visual appeal.
SUSTAINABILITY FEATURES: A rooftop solar array provides renewable energy for operations while supporting GE's environmental goals and demonstrating corporate responsibility.
VISITOR FOCUS: The redesigned reception area delivers an efficient welcome experience for visitors to the Schenectady campus, reinforcing GE's commitment to professional engagement.
