PROJECT OVERVIEW: Trail North's new administrative headquarters transforms a former residential and retail site into a functional workplace and community destination. The single-story facility serves as a central hub for the credit union's regional operations.

SITE BACKGROUND:  The 2.16-acre parcel previously contained a single-family residence and paint store. The site was cleared completely before development began to prepare for the new construction.

FACILITY DETAILS: The completed building features 6,607 square feet of wood-frame construction. The straightforward design reflects TrailNorth's practical approach, creating an inviting atmosphere for both employees and visitors.

OPERATIONAL PURPOSE:  The headquarters consolidates TrailNorth's administrative offices, supporting its three regional bank branches under one roof, improving operational efficiency and organizational cohesion.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: A 1,500-square-foot multipurpose room extends the building's functionality beyond internal operations. This flexible space accommodates meetings, training sessions, and community events, reflecting TrailNorth's commitment to local engagement and growth.
