Victor Macri, Jr.
Chairman & CEO
Vic, our founder, brings more than five decades of expertise in construction management, leadership, and strategic problem-solving. As a trusted advisor and mentor, he plays a pivotal role in guiding the growth of the VMJR team. His contributions extend to strategic planning, client relations, and project execution, with a specialized focus on pre-construction services, complex facilities, construction management systems, and adaptive reuse projects.
As a leader, Vic values innovation, ensuring quality in every project, and a commitment to completing projects on time and within budget. His overall focus is on making a positive impact on the community and contributing to the economic development of the region. He’s involved in various professional and community organizations, including past service as the President of the Glens Falls Contractors Association and Chairman of the New York Business Council’s Construction Industry Council. He’s also a former Vice Chairman of the Queensbury Planning Board.
Outside of work, Vic enjoys cooking, wine collecting, music collecting, traveling, golf, and attending concerts.

Timothy Hughes
President & COO
Tim was appointed President & COO of The VMJR Companies in 2022, taking the helm of the organization’s strategic direction. His leadership centers on driving market growth, cultivating client relationships, forging key partnerships, and overseeing high-level project strategies. In addition to his executive role, Tim remains an ongoing technical resource, contributing expertise to complex, multi-faceted projects.
With over 25 years at The VMJR Companies, Tim’s journey began as a Project Manager after relocating from the West Coast of Washington. His tenure includes serving as Chief Operating Officer, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational framework.
Tim continues to make time for visits to the West Coast and his favorite past time of golf. He also appreciates fine whiskey and exceptional dining experiences.

Andrew Weeden
Vice President, Finance & CFO
Since joining The VMJR Companies in 2017, Andrew has played a pivotal role in shaping the financial and organizational structure of the company. Starting as an Assistant Controller, he quickly advanced through leadership positions, becoming Controller in 2018, Director of Finance in 2020, and ultimately VP Finance / CFO in 2022.
With a strong foundation in construction, having worked in the industry in a variety of positions, Andrew brings a deep understanding of financial strategy, risk management, data analysis, and business operations.
He’s involved in several local economic development organizations and chambers of commerce, as well as involved with the Northeast Construction Trades Workforce Coalition, which educates and trains students about the construction industry and its career opportunities.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his wife and children.

Marc Murray
Vice President, Construction
Marc joined VMJR in 2020. He’s been in the construction business for nearly 25 years, gaining experience working on the owner’s side, with subcontractors, CMs and General Contractors. His primary responsibilities at VMJR include assisting our Vice President of Field Operations in ensuring that all our projects are properly staffed, safe, and completed in a timely way. He also assists with the cost analysis of projects, as well as the establishment of project objectives.
With three kids and two dogs to care for, Marc stays quite busy outside the office. But he still finds time to volunteer his time with the Wilton Food Pantry, Saratoga Youth Hockey, and the Saratoga Springs High School Time & Space Committee.

Randy Britton
Vice President Field Operations
With a career spanning nearly four decades, Randy has been a cornerstone of VMJR since 1985, beginning his journey with Sweet Construction before its evolution into VMJR. Starting as a carpenter apprentice, he steadily rose through the ranks serving in a variety of roles including carpenter, foreman, assistant superintendent, superintendent, and general superintendent, before taking on his current role as Vice President of Field Operations.
Originally from Westerlo, New York, and a graduate of Berne-Knox-Westerlo Central School, Randy brings unmatched experience, deep technical knowledge, and strong leadership to every project. He oversees all aspects of field operations, including manpower, jobsite safety, cost management, and scheduling. Known for his ability to get the job done on time and under budget, Randy plays a critical role in maintaining the company’s high standards of quality and efficiency.
While he considers every project meaningful, it’s the collective impact of building and leading teams that he values most. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren. In the next 3–5 years, Randy looks forward to continuing his work in the field; doing what he loves and leading by example.
